John Roth has been a firearms enthusiast for over 40 years.  His early days were spent plinking cans with a Red Ryder BB gun, earned through the sale of seed packets. He quickly graduated to Dad’s bolt action Winchester .22 caliber rifle and was shooting competitive skeet with a 20 gauge Remington 1100 in his teens. His military firearms education began in 1984 at Fort Riley, Kansas.
